Roberto Merhi Muntan (born 22 March 1991 in Castellón de la Plana, Castello, Valencian Community, Spain) is a Spanish racing driver who last drove for the Manor Marussia team and made his Formula One début at the 2015 Australian Grand Prix. After the 2015 Italian Grand Prix, he was replaced by Alexander Rossi for the remainder of the season, but returned in Russia and Abu Dhabi, due to Rossi's GP2 commitments.[1] He got his first taste of F1 in free practice at the 2014 Italian Grand Prix for Caterham.
Prior to F1, Merhi won the 2011 Formula 3 Euro Series season.
Merhi is now competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship for Manor, alongside with his former Manor team-mate Will Stevens.
