Raffaele "Lello" Marciello (born 17 December 1994 in Zürich, Canton of Zürich, Switzerland) is a Swiss-born Italian racing driver who was the test and reserve driver of the Sauber team,[1] while taking part in the GP2 Series. He took part in the first practice session of the 2015 Malaysian Grand Prix.[2]
Marciello was a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy, and first drove an F1 car at the 2014 Abu Dhabi Test.[3]
In January 2016, Marciello was dropped by Sauber and split with the Ferrari Driver Academy for personal reasons.[4][5]
