Philippe Adams (born 19 November, 1969) was a former Belgian racing driver. He competed in the sport for Team Lotus in 1994, who entered in Belgium and Portugal.

Formula One CareerEdit

Adams and his backers agreed with Lotus to give $500,000 to earn a pay-drive with them for two rounds of the 1994 Formula One season. Part of the funding of this cash, came from an insurance policy taken out against his Belgian Procar race at Spa alongside the F1 race, which he did win. In his first race in the Lotus, he retired after starting in last place with only the Pacific cars being slower. He did managed to finish in 16th in the Portuguese round but that would be the last as Alessandro Zanardi would join back on the team for the final three races.
