Manoel Cândido Pinto de Oliveira GCSE, GCIH (born 11 December 1908 in Porto, Grande Porto, Norte, Kingdom of Portugal – died 2 April 2015 in the same place) was a film director and former racing driver. He drove in three races in 1937 and 1938, winning the 1937 Estoril Circuit Race.

Oliveira continued to make films to until his death, well past his centenary year. He was the last-surviving pre-war driver (after Paul Pietsch's death in 2012) and the longest-lived person to have driven in a Grand Prix race.

His brother, Casimiro de Oliveira, competed in the 1938 Rio de Janeiro Grand Prix, alongside Manoel. Unlike Manoel, Casimiro returned to racing after the war, organising and entering (but not competing in) the 1958 Portuguese Grand Prix.
