The Lotus E23 Hybrid was a Formula One racing car designed by Lotus which competed in the 2015 Formula One season. It was driven by Romain Grosjean and Pastor Maldonado. It was the last car entered by the Lotus F1 Team before Renault's purchase of the team and subsequent team name change for 2016.

The E23 Hybrid was revealed on January 26, 2015 on the team's official website. The twin-tusk has been ditched from the car following the 2015 regulations.

The team got its first podium finish at Belgium, for the first time since 2013 United States Grand Prix.
