The Ligier JS37 was a car produced by Ligier for the 1992 season of Formula One.

It was driven by Thierry Boutsen and Érik Comas. Alain Prost tested the JS37 prior to the start of the season but did not wanted to race for the team to much relief for Comas.

It was a general midfield runner, but could not handle the bumpy circuits well. Comas failed to qualify for only one race, the Belgian Grand Prix, after a heavy crash in Friday practice at the Blanchimont corner. He did not take further part in the race weekend. Boutsen was even out-paced by his team-mate Comas in a few races, with Comas impressing the team with three points finishes in Canada, France and Germany. Boutsen could only secure his only points finish at the season-ending Australian Grand Prix, finishing 5th.

Ligier finished their 1992 season in 8th with 6 points.
