2009 was overall a weak season for Ferrari, the start of the season was dreadful for Kimi and Felipe could not get to terms with the new Ferrari F60 model and the 1st 3 races for the season Kimi finished in the lower mid pack standings, neither Massa or Raikkonen scored points and it was Ferrari's worst start to a season since 1993. He would score the teams 1st podium in the season at Monaco finishing the 3rd with Massa in 4th this showed a possible return to form for Ferrari however it was not to be as Kimi struggled still over the next three races.
