Following his exit from Toro Rosso, he spent two seasons as a Pirelli test driver and competed in the inaugural season of Formula E. He also spent some time as a commentator for the BBC.

Alguersuari is now a professional DJ, performing under the stage name Squire. He has played in many clubs in mainland Spain and Ibiza. His retirement from motorsport, aged 25 in October 2015, was made to focus on his DJing career.

Formula One CareerEdit

Alguersuari scored his first points finish at the 2010 Malaysian Grand Prix, finishing 9th thanks to the change of the points system. His highest finish came at the 2011 Italian Grand Prix, where he finished 7th.
