Don Filippo Caracciolo di Castagneto (March 4, 1903 - July 16, 1965) was a was a politician, anti-fascist and nobleman from the Italian house of Caracciolo. He was the father of Marella Agnelli Caracciolo di Castagneto and Carlo Caracciolo, and was also president of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) from 1963 until his death in 1965.

His daughter, Princess Marella Caracciolo di Castagneto, was married to former FIAT Chairman, Gianni Agnelli.
