Walter "Walt" Ader (December 15, 1913 – November 25, 1982) was a United States racing driver who took part in the 1950 Indianapolis 500 and finished 22nd, his only F1 start.

He competed in the AAA Championship before his sole F1 appearance, entering 16 races and taking a singular win at the 1947 Atlanta 100.
