The World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) (French: Conseil Mondial du Sport Autombile, CMSA) is the body of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) that decides on the rules and regulations of the FIA's racing series, including Formula One. Its membership is chosen through the FIA General Assembly, which contains members from the various national automobile clubs (ASNs) across the world. It is one of two FIA councils, the other being the World Council for Automobile Mobility and Tourism.

The sessions, of which there are three or four every year, considers proposals from various FIA commissions and makes official announcements concerning the racing series. There are currently 28 members; president Jean Todt, deputy president for sport Graham Stoker, the seven vice presidents, fourteen titular members, and five members by right. The deputy president, the vice presidents and the titular members all represent their countries.
