The 2011 Korean Grand Prix was the sixteenth round of the 2011 Formula One Season. This was the second time that the Korean Grand Prix was held with both times being at the Korea International Circuit. It took place during the weekend of the 14-16 October 2011.

BackgroundEdit

Coming into Korea, Sebastian Vettel had already secured the World Drivers Championship in the previous race at Japan when he finished 3rd. While in the constructors, Red Bull held a 130 point lead in the championship and with 172 points on offer. They could secure the championship here in Korea.
