The 2007 Australian Grand Prix (officially LXXII Foster's Australian Grand Prix) was race number 1 of the 2007 Formula One Season. It took place at the Albert Park Circuit on March 18 2007. The race was won by Scuderia Ferrari driver Kimi Räikkönen with Fernando Alonso for McLaren-Mercedes in second and Lewis Hamilton of McLaren-Mercedes in third.
